At Crafts Asia, we want you to love every handcrafted piece you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Fill out our Contact Form on the Crafts Asia website.
2. Upload up to 5 photos showing the defective or incorrect product.
3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, for eligible U.S. orders, a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs by Region

• United States: Crafts Asia covers the cost of return shipping (Free Returns).
• All Other Countries: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (Paid Returns). Return shipping fees for international orders are not covered by Crafts Asia.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
Please follow the same process as initiating a return.
